Our potato chip production line adopts a modular design concept, integrating multiple core functional modules: a steam peeling machine for high-speed and stable peeling; an intelligent optical sorting system for high-precision elimination of defective chips; a water jet cutting machine for high-precision uniform slicing; a dual-stage dryer for ensuring the finished chips achieve the ideal crispy texture; and a temperature-controlled intelligent, evenly heated multi-process frying machine. Each piece of equipment is designed with the goal of fully utilizing potatoes, striving to eliminate waste throughout the production process. At the same time, the collaboration between intelligent equipment and high-precision processes ensures that each batch of products has the ideal crispy crust and soft, dense interior.
